Resort Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily resort operations across all departments
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and maximize revenue
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of staff members
• Monitor and maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
• Conduct regular inspections of resort facilities and equipment
• Analyze guest feedback and market trends to implement improvements

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in resort, hotel, or hospitality operations management
• Proven track record of leadership and team management
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
• Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English and Thai (written and spoken)
• In-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Understanding of local culture and customs in Thailand
