Resort Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily resort operations including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
• Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Manage and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals
• Create and maintain budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute promotional strategies
• Plan and coordinate special events and activities for guests
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international hospitality standards
• Continuously improve resort facilities and services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel or resort management
• Experience in luxury hospitality environments
• Proven track record in financial management and budgeting
• Strong leadership and staff development skills
• Proficiency in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of the Lebanese hospitality industry and local regulations
• Fluency in English; Arabic and/or French is a plus
