Resort Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement resort strategies across all operational departments to drive guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership for all day-to-day operational activities and manage hotel performance.
• Support and implement corporate programs, guidelines, and quality improvement processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members and department heads through coaching and training.
• Manage budgets, interpret financial trends, and develop business plans to meet objectives.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and team member engagement.
• Represent the hotel in public and community settings through effective communication.
• Establish, monitor, and evaluate process policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Business Management.
• Extensive operational and financial management experience within a Resort and Food & Beverage environment.
• Proven strategic and operational leadership experience with a focus on accountability.
• Demonstrated track record in revenue maximization and expense minimization.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain solid relationships with guests, owners, and staff.
• A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
