Resort Concierge

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored recommendations for activities, dining, and experiences in Park City and surrounding areas
• Book and coordinate reservations, transportation, and excursions
• Deliver exceptional, personalized service throughout the guest’s stay
• Serve as a central point of contact for guest requests and special arrangements
• Partner with resort teams including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage to ensure seamless service delivery
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively enhance the overall experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in a resort or hotel concierge/front desk environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of Park City and surrounding attractions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
