Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all beach-related activities, including water sports, beach equipment rentals, and special events
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of beach staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Oversee inventory management of beach equipment and supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to create seamless guest experiences
- Manage budgets and financial performance of beach operations
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans for beach-related incidents
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative beach programs and services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in resort or hotel management, specifically in beach operations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations for water activities
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
