About the role

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with case managers and title companies
  • Prepare deed in lieu of foreclosure documents
  • Review mortgage documents and draft various legal documents
  • Draft letters and correspondences for internal and external use
  • Perform routine customer calls and correspondences
  • Resolve client questions or problems ensuring a resolution
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulation
  • Complete transfer tax forms

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Knowledge of mortgage documentation, title work, or real estate experience is a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
