About the role
Responsibilities
- Work directly with case managers and title companies
- Prepare deed in lieu of foreclosure documents
- Review mortgage documents and draft various legal documents
- Draft letters and correspondences for internal and external use
- Perform routine customer calls and correspondences
- Resolve client questions or problems ensuring a resolution
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulation
- Complete transfer tax forms
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of mortgage documentation, title work, or real estate experience is a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
