Resolution Wind Down Analysis - Vice President

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of firmwide wind down of trading and derivative activity (Orderly Wind Down)
• Manage the CIB book of work on Resolution Financial Analytics, including regulatory submissions to US Agencies
• Lead local wind down planning for UK entities within Recovery planning submissions
• Ensure compliance with Bank of England’s Valuation Capabilities in Support of Resolvability policy
• Develop high-level materials to present results to senior stakeholders
• Review and refine approaches and methodologies across all areas of responsibility
• Lead and manage a team of four based in the UK

Requirements

• Working knowledge of market products, including derivatives pricing, P&L, securities, or secured financing
• Experience in market or counterparty credit risk or valuations
• Experience developing qualitative models and conducting model reviews
• Proven experience in team management and leadership
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
