Residents Experience Agent

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and professionalism to residents and hotel guests, accommodating special requests.
• Welcome, greet, and register guests efficiently while managing necessary payment information.
• Resolve resident and guest complaints and provide accurate information regarding services, hours, and local attractions.
• Partner with the Leasing Team to coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewal activities.
• Manage lobby traffic, maintain communal areas, and oversee package, mail, and message distribution.
• Coordinate with property departments to fulfill requests and provide detailed facility information.
• Handle check-outs, cash management, and adhere to strict cashiering and credit policies.
• Maintain organized documentation, including package logs and project trackers.
• Collaborate with the community engagement team to assist with building events and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality or residential services, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and oral communication).
• Computer literacy with the ability to use various software programs.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
