Residential Works Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational, financial, and technical management of residential electrical rehabilitation projects.
• Analyze project costs, margins, and results to ensure economic performance.
• Identify discrepancies between forecasts and actual results and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and coordinate a team of site managers (conducteurs de travaux), providing technical and methodological support.
• Validate site organization, schedules, and execution methods.
• Act as the guarantor of safety on all sites, ensuring strict compliance with safety rules and procedures.
• Conduct prevention-oriented site visits and verify staff certifications and training.
• Provide regular financial reporting to the Operations Director.

Requirements

• Degree in electrotechnics or electricity.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar management role.
• Proven experience in client dossier management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop the skills of a technical team.
