About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day care and emotional support to residents
- Assist with daily routines, education, and leisure activities
- Record and report observations accurately
- Promote safeguarding and child protection
- Work closely with families, social workers, and other professionals
Requirements
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)
- Previous experience working with children or vulnerable individuals
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Full UK driving license
- Enhanced DBS check
