Residential Support Worker

Responsibilities

• Provide care and service based on client needs and assistance decisions
• Assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and serving meals
• Facilitate social activities such as walks, games, and outings
• Perform delegated tasks including medication administration and physical training

Requirements

• Relevant high school education in care or child and youth programs
• Valid B driver's license
• Proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in care and support focusing on disabilities and LSS
