Residential Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of participants, providing ongoing support, guidance, and role modeling.
• Lead and supervise Direct Care Counselors in the completion of their duties.
• Assist the Assistant Program Director in carrying out program operations.
• Manage medication administration and ensure the overall safety of the program.
• Participate as a member of the management team with rotating on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field.
• Two years of related experience or training.
• Proven experience in staff supervision.
• Proficiency in medication administration.
