About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily activities of participants, providing ongoing support, guidance, and role modeling.
- Lead and supervise Direct Care Counselors in the completion of their duties.
- Assist the Assistant Program Director in carrying out program operations.
- Manage medication administration and ensure the overall safety of the program.
- Participate as a member of the management team with rotating on-call responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field.
- Two years of related experience or training.
- Proven experience in staff supervision.
- Proficiency in medication administration.
