Residential Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned Direct Care Staff and participants during designated shifts
• Assist the Assistant Program Director with program operations and management tasks
• Manage medication administration and all medical management requirements on shift
• Serve as a member of the management team with on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience working with the target client population
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience
• Proficiency in medication administration and medical management
