About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise assigned Direct Care Staff and program participants within an adult residential treatment program.
  • Support Assistant Directors in the execution of daily program operations.
  • Manage crisis situations with calm and patience.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively to ensure high-quality care and operational efficiency.
  • Exercise quick and safe decision-making to maintain a secure environment for individuals with severe mental illness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage crises and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with participant populations facing severe and persistent mental illness.
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a residential setting.
