About the role
Responsibilities
- Work directly with homeowners to design and sell award-winning security and smart home automation solutions
- Utilize company-provided leads and proactive prospecting tools to build a robust sales pipeline
- Maintain a weekly schedule of appointments and create engaging product displays
- Effectively communicate CPI’s value and product vision to ensure customer satisfaction
- Partner with Sales Manager and team to exceed monthly targets
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Highly driven, motivated, and strong work ethic
- Ability to influence and build rapport with customers
- Willingness to generate leads through door knocking and canvassing
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years of outside sales experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce
