Residential Recovery Worker

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred and culturally responsive case management support
• Conduct intake, assessment, and registrations while supporting clients with activities of daily living and recovery goals
• Develop holistic and strengths-based individualised case plans
• Deliver practical group-based program and training sessions and facilitate referrals to specialist services
• Maintain accurate client records, reports, and case management documentation
• Participate in team meetings and training activities to contribute to continuous service improvement
• Build positive and sustainable relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in social work or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of mental health and recovery-orientated practices
• Positive person-centred approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Resilience and the ability to work effectively in complex environments
• Ability to work across a 24/7 roster, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
