Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers of residential real estate in Brunswick County and the Greater Wilmington area
• Deliver high-quality customer service and leverage company systems, technology, training, and mentorship to grow your sales business
• Coordinate with administrative and marketing support staff to manage transactions and promote listings
• Track leads and manage client relationships using the provided CRM system

Requirements

• Active North Carolina real estate license or currently enrolled in real estate classes
• Passion for real estate and a driven, self-motivated mindset
• Willingness to learn new methods to grow a sales business
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to thrive in a commission-based career
• Ability to perform well independently and in a team-oriented environment
