Residential Real Estate Agent

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors
• Manage end-to-end residential transactions including viewings, negotiations, and closing
• Generate and manage high-quality leads through prospecting, referrals, and marketing
• Advise clients on Dubai communities, property values, rental yields, and market trends
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with property owners, developers, and investors
• Establish and dominate a specific geographic area or property type niche

Requirements

• Experience in residential real estate, brokerage, leasing, or property sales
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and local regulations
• Exceptional sales, communication, and negotiation skills
• Professional presentation and immaculate corporate etiquette
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-driven mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• An active social media presence or experience building a personal brand
