Residential Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and support residential staff through engaged, positive supervision
• Build a strong team culture focused on communication, accountability, and support
• Manage staffing needs, including call-outs, shift coverage, and finding replacements
• Assist with direct care and support residents as part of the team
• Coordinate appointments and manage daily schedules for residents
• Oversee administrative responsibilities, including documentation and certificates for the home
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficiently run home environment
• Collaborate with leadership to create consistency, stability, and positive morale

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong presence, initiative, and follow-through
• Ability to lead by example and provide hands-on support to staff and residents

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in human services, healthcare, or behavioral health
• Experience in residential program management
• Background in hospitality, retail, or restaurant management
• Experience in education or childcare leadership

Benefits

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Competitive hourly pay ($23-$26 per hour, depending on experience)
• Full-time schedule, generally Monday through Friday
• Flexible scheduling options between 7am – 5pm
