Residential Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Design and create visual marketing materials including brochures, pricing sheets, presentations, and other collateral
• Support the design and maintenance of websites to ensure a cohesive, high-end brand experience
• Develop, distribute, and track the performance of newsletters and email marketing campaigns
• Design branded graphic content and visual assets aligned with the brand’s identity
• Write and edit marketing content in both English and Spanish

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communications
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing and design for high-end brands
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is essential
• Proven experience in the luxury sector, specifically in branding and visual design
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot
• Knowledge of digital content creation and web design
• Ability to analyze digital marketing metrics and optimize engagement strategies
• Strong attention to detail with a refined aesthetic suited for luxury audiences
