Residential Manager III

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight, leadership, and crisis intervention for the residential program
• Conduct regular staff supervision to support professional growth and development
• Plan and implement daily activity schedules and client treatment plans
• Facilitate team meetings and clinical reviews
• Manage staffing levels, facility maintenance, and food service operations
• Screen, interview, and onboard new team members
• Ensure accuracy of programmatic reports and maintain fiscal integrity of funds
• Provide 24-hour on-call coverage on a rotating basis

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in residential care, social services, or a similar supervisory role
• Direct experience working in transitional care
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and HRIS systems
• Valid Driver's License and active auto insurance
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Ability to pass all required federal and state background checks

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, or a related field
