Responsibilities

  • Administer resident lease renewals and transfer requests
  • Monitor resident satisfaction surveys and online community reviews
  • Assist with property purchase orders
  • Serve as the onsite point of contact for resident inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Greet prospects, visitors, and residents
  • Support onsite resident activities and events
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company safety policies

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 year of multi-family industry experience preferred
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with computers and excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Chicagoland area
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Flexibility to work early evenings for resident activities
