About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer resident lease renewals and transfer requests
- Monitor resident satisfaction surveys and online community reviews
- Assist with property purchase orders
- Serve as the onsite point of contact for resident inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Greet prospects, visitors, and residents
- Support onsite resident activities and events
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company safety policies
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 year of multi-family industry experience preferred
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficiency with computers and excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of the Chicagoland area
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Flexibility to work early evenings for resident activities
