About the role
Responsibilities
- Install security systems for residential clients according to job specifications and customer needs
- Provide excellent customer service by establishing positive relationships and offering solutions to enhance their security experience
- Follow wiring diagrams, hook-up procedures, and safety standards to ensure quality installations
- Conduct tests to verify system performance and instruct customers on using the equipment
- Maintain inventory, process paperwork, and support the training of new installation technicians
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with construction, cable installation, or low voltage systems is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle payments and complete accurate paperwork
- Detail-oriented and capable of following technical instructions
- Safety-conscious and able to represent the company professionally
