Residential HVAC Service & Sales Technician

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, analyze, and repair issues pertaining to customers' HVAC and boiler systems
• Successfully diagnose, repair and perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Operate hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, compressors, ductless mini-splits, and hydronic boilers
• Build client relationships through strong communication and customer service
• Educate clients on system maintenance requirements
• Identify opportunities for clients to improve home comfort systems through product overviews
• Test and repair boilers by operating the system

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of HVAC and boiler experience
• EPA Type 2 or Universal certification
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
