Responsibilities
- Spearhead residential HVAC installations
- Lead and help build the technician team
- Install heat pump systems (centrally ducted splits and ductless mini-splits)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Residential HVAC
- Prior experience managing and leading a team of HVAC technicians
- Proficiency in refrigerant handling
- Proficiency in high and low voltage wiring
- Proficiency in ductwork and sheet metal fabrication
- Knowledge of California building code
