Residential HVAC Installer

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, repair, and perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Test and repair boilers by operating the systems
• Operate various hand and power tools to inspect and maintain furnaces, condensers, compressors, ductless mini-splits, and hydronic boilers
• Build client relationships through strong communication and outstanding customer service
• Educate clients on their systems, maintenance requirements, and opportunities to improve home comfort

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of HVAC and boiler installation experience
• EPA Type 2 or Universal certification
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
