Responsibilities

• Lead a range of local and national projects within single-family residential, traditional neighborhood, and new urbanist markets
• Manage and oversee talented design teams in Orlando and Memphis offices
• Drive marketing and business development efforts
• Take ownership of studio success, project backlog, and financial performance
• Cultivate internal and external relationships to grow the residential practice

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience
• Proven "seller-doer" capability
• Professional degree in architecture
• Architectural license
• Demonstrated project management and leadership skills
• Comprehensive understanding of building technology and structures
