About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for youth participants ages 10–20
- Provide direct supervision of participants within the residential program
- Perform crisis intervention and implement behavioral support strategies
- Manage day-to-day operations including case management and advocacy
- Complete all required related documentation accurately
Requirements
- High School diploma or better
- One year of experience working with youth
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise sound decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in human services, social work, psychology, sociology, or an equivalent field
- Current BHP or CRMA certification
- Prior experience working with youth or adults in a helping field
