About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for youth participants ages 10–20
  • Provide direct supervision of participants within the residential program
  • Perform crisis intervention and implement behavioral support strategies
  • Manage day-to-day operations including case management and advocacy
  • Complete all required related documentation accurately

Requirements

  • High School diploma or better
  • One year of experience working with youth
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise sound decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in human services, social work, psychology, sociology, or an equivalent field
  • Current BHP or CRMA certification
  • Prior experience working with youth or adults in a helping field
