About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide care and support to youth and adult participants within a residential treatment program
- Oversee daily living skills and provide guidance to participants
- Offer positive role modeling to support behavioral health and mental wellness
- Assist in the daily activities and supervision of people in our care
Requirements
- Availability to work on an as-needed/on-call basis
- Ability to work onsite at the Stetson Ranch Program in Stetson, ME
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with youth or adults in a helping field or social services
