Residential Counselor/Relief

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health and behavioral support to adults with severe and persistent mental health issues
• Work with participants within a transitional housing program setting
• Support individuals in a residential program to help them grow, thrive, and feel a sense of belonging
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain a high level of structure and care

Requirements

• Creative, energetic, and positive personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work onsite in Bradford, NH

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Services or a related field
• Prior experience working with adults living with mental illness
