Residential Counselor - Overnight

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of participants, providing ongoing support, guidance, and role modeling.
• Facilitate participant improvement in personal responsibility, social skills, and community living skills.
• Monitor and assist with medication administration and monitoring.
• Provide overnight support and supervision for adults living with serious mental illness (SMI) or complex medical needs in a residential setting.

Requirements

• Two years of related experience and/or training with the participant population.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Human Services or a related field.
