Residential Counselor - Overnight

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health and behavioral support to youth in a residential setting during overnight shifts
• Act as a mentor, role model, and coach to help participants recognize and reach their potential
• Engage youth in various sports, activities, and life skills development
• Maintain professional boundaries while building positive, healthy relationships with participants
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a dedicated care team

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries
• Active personality with the energy to engage in various activities
• Ability to work overnight shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field
• Prior experience working with adolescents
• Experience in mental health or substance abuse support settings
