Residential Counselor - Overnight

Responsibilities

• Supervise nightly activities of participants, providing ongoing support, guidance, and role modeling
• Facilitate participant improvement in personal responsibility, social skills, and community living skills
• Perform medication monitoring and administration
• Create a culture of belonging and empower participants to achieve independence
• Assist with local client transport as required

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Human Services or a related field
• Two years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work overnight shifts (Wednesday–Saturday or Sunday–Wednesday schedules)
• Ability to travel locally for client transport and training

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Services or a related field
• Experience working with adults living with mental illness
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
