Residential Counselor

About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and mental health support to adolescents within a residential treatment program
- Work closely with participants and their families to support behavioral health goals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain a structured and supportive community of care
- Engage in occasional travel for meetings, trainings, and day trips
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work onsite in Bath, Maine
- Willingness to travel for training and meetings
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Services or a related field
- Prior experience working with adolescents in a clinical or residential setting
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and positive attitude
