Residential Counselor

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and mental health support to adolescents within a residential treatment program
• Work closely with participants and their families to support behavioral health goals
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain a structured and supportive community of care
• Engage in occasional travel for meetings, trainings, and day trips

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work onsite in Bath, Maine
• Willingness to travel for training and meetings

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Services or a related field
• Prior experience working with adolescents in a clinical or residential setting
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and positive attitude
