About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily activities of participants, providing ongoing support, guidance, and role modeling
- Facilitate participant improvement in personal responsibility, social skills, and behavior
- Monitor and administer medications according to program protocols
- Assist participants in developing community living and vocational skills
- Provide local client transport as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or two years of related experience or training
- Ability to supervise daily activities and manage participant behavior
- Capacity for local travel for client transport
- Ability to work 2nd shift schedules (4 days, 10-hour shifts)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or better in Human Services or a related field
- Experience working with adults living with mental illness
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
