Requirements
Associate's degree in Human Services, Two years related experience or training, Ability to provide client transport
About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily activities of participants, providing ongoing support, guidance, and role modeling
- Facilitate participant improvement in personal responsibility, social skills, and community living skills
- Monitor and administer medications as required
- Facilitate groups and provide local transportation for medical appointments
- Support participants in developing vocational and life skills to aid community reintegration
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Human Services
- Two years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to provide client transport locally
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Services or a related field
- Experience working with adult populations living with mental illness
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
