About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily activities of participants, providing ongoing support, guidance, and role modeling
- Facilitate participant improvement in personal responsibility, social skills, and community living skills
- Perform medication monitoring and administration
- Create a culture of belonging and empower participants to achieve independence
- Provide local client transport as required
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Human Services
- Two years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to supervise daily activities and manage behavioral support
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field
- Experience working with adults living with mental illness
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
