About the role
Responsibilities
- Daily coordination of youth in completing scheduled activities including school, appointments, and play
- Actively monitor and participate in community service, recreation, visits, and family time
- Lead shifts as assigned
- Safely transport youth to activities, appointments, school, work, and visits
- Serve as an Advocate for assigned youth and complete Advocate Reports and required documentation
Requirements
- High School diploma
- At least one year of related experience with the target population
- Ability to adhere to Trauma-Informed Care and Interventions models
- Sound judgment and solution-focused problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and cultural groups
