About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion
- Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, and shared ownership
- Investigate titles and prepare accurate reports
- Draft contracts, TR1/TP1s, and completion statements
- Drive transactions forward by communicating with clients, agents, and lenders
- Manage exchange, completion, SDLT, and Land Registry submissions
- Maintain compliance with AML, ID, and source of funds requirements
- Manage WIP, billing, aged debt, and monthly fee targets
- Support business development and cross-selling firm services
Requirements
- Proven experience running a residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong drafting and title review skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and commercially aware mindset
- Strong communication and client care abilities
- Proficiency with case management systems and IT
- Experience with leasehold, new build, or complex titles is a bonus
