Residential Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary representative overseeing assigned construction projects from pre-construction through completion
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality project execution
• Monitor construction progress against approved scope, schedule, and budget
• Make field-level decisions to resolve construction issues and keep projects moving forward
• Ensure required permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements are obtained and documented
• Own the customer experience by managing communication and addressing issues impacting satisfaction
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and tracking records in company systems

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in residential construction, renovation, or remodeling
• Demonstrated experience overseeing renovation or construction projects from start to finish
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects (typically 8–10 at a time)
• Working knowledge of construction sequencing, permitting, and contractor coordination
• Ability to read and interpret scopes of work, schedules, and construction documentation
• Proficiency with project tracking tools or construction management software
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel to active job sites
