Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed project schedules for residential construction projects using scheduling software
• Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and field crews to gather accurate updates and keep schedules current
• Watch project progress against baseline schedules and flag variances, delays, or risks
• Communicate schedule changes and milestone updates clearly to stakeholders
• Lead scheduling coordination meetings with project teams and segment leadership
• Help build recovery plans when a project falls behind
• Keep historical scheduling data organized to support future planning and estimating
• Coordinate with procurement and materials teams to align deliveries with the schedule
• Support closeout documentation as projects wrap up

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in construction scheduling, project coordination, or a similar role
• Comfort with computers and solid Excel skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to spot problems early and stay calm under shifting timelines
• Located in Madison, WI
