Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of residential and commercial repair tasks including carpentry, drywall, door repair, and painting
• Deliver top-notch customer service with a client-centric mindset
• Collaborate with teammates or work independently on various repair projects
• Accurately document project details and timelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in home or property repair
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Insured personal truck or van available for use on the job
• Own set of tools
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening
• Strong communication and client service skills

• Past employment references
• Experience using tablets for project documentation
• Project portfolio or samples of prior work
