Residential Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and organizational leadership for a residential group
• Ensure individual, needs-oriented care and support
• Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated team while fostering a positive culture
• Coordinate the care process and implement quality standards
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Organize duty rosters and personnel deployment
• Act as a central contact for residents, relatives, external partners, and the management team

Requirements

• Certified nursing specialist (Altenpflege, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege, or similar)
• Professional experience in inpatient geriatric care
• Ideally previous leadership experience
• Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility
• Social competence
• IT skills and experience with nursing documentation systems
