Residential Advisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure dormitory services maintain a three percent Worker To Resident ratio
• Oversee Recreation/Leisure Learning to ensure established goals are met
• Manage level one and two offenses to reduce serious incidents during evening hours
• Increase student involvement in Recreation/Leisure Learning and Leisure Time Employment
• Facilitate student-led project-based teams during event hours
• Conduct analysis of documents to ensure dorms and teams are meeting goals
• Analyze data to identify and resolve operational problems
• Submit corrective actions for quality service improvement
• Maintain and account for all assigned department equipment

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• One year of related experience and/or training
• Data entry experience
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with youth and adults ages 16-24 in an educational or training setting
