About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure dormitory services maintain a three percent Worker To Resident ratio
- Oversee Recreation/Leisure Learning to ensure established goals are met
- Manage level one and two offenses to reduce serious incidents during evening hours
- Increase student involvement in Recreation/Leisure Learning and Leisure Time Employment
- Facilitate student-led project-based teams during event hours
- Conduct analysis of documents to ensure dorms and teams are meeting goals
- Analyze data to identify and resolve operational problems
- Submit corrective actions for quality service improvement
- Maintain and account for all assigned department equipment
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- One year of related experience and/or training
- Data entry experience
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with youth and adults ages 16-24 in an educational or training setting
