Residential Advisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure dormitories deliver quality services and maintain worker-to-resident ratios
• Oversee recreation and leisure learning services to meet established goals
• Monitor and reduce level one and two offenses in dorms and recreation areas
• Increase student involvement in recreation, leisure learning, and leisure time employment
• Facilitate opportunities for students to lead project-based teams during event hours
• Conduct analysis of documents and data to ensure goals are met and resolve problems
• Submit corrective actions for quality service improvements
• Maintain and account for all assigned department equipment

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• One year of related experience and/or training
• Data entry experience
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with youth and adults ages 16-24 in an educational or training setting
