Residential Adjunct Faculty (Marketing)

Responsibilities

• Teach course material from the approved curriculum according to an assigned schedule
• Assist students in achieving learning outcomes and objectives
• Provide regular, timely feedback to students regarding their progress
• Participate in school retention initiatives by maintaining productive contact with students
• Advise students on academic matters, attendance, and professional behavior
• Maintain and report accurate student grades and attendance in accordance with university policies
• Model a personal commitment to a Christian worldview in all teaching and engagement

Requirements

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in Marketing or a related field
• A conferred terminal degree in Marketing is required for teaching at the Doctoral level
• Demonstrated commitment to a biblically informed Christian worldview

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, Sales and Promotion, or Professional Sales Management
• Ability to employ diverse teaching techniques to accommodate individual student differences and abilities
