Residente General

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and logistics, including specialty residents
• Review activity diagrams for specialty residents (OC, ACA, CT, CE, and SC)
• Supervise civil works and finishing processes
• Examine structures required for work orders and manage financial variants
• Organize and manage assigned projects and execution programs to meet goals
• Lead by example following GP Vivienda values and service standards

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Ability to influence, guide, and orient people toward achieving objectives
• Skill in obtaining results through coordinated teamwork
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
• Effective communication skills for individual and group settings

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions
• Experience coordinating cost, quality, and time in construction projects
• Proficiency in resource allocation and efficient management
