Residente General

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and logistics, supervising specialty residents from soil mechanics to final housing delivery.
• Review activity diagrams for specialty residents (OC, ACA, CT, CE, and SC) to ensure proper supervision of civil works and finishes.
• Manage the project's financial structure, including the examination and execution of work orders (OT).
• Organize and manage assigned projects to ensure compliance with established execution programs and goals.
• Lead teams by example, applying company values and service standards in customer attention.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Proven leadership capacity with the ability to influence, guide, and orient teams toward achieving objectives.
• Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate alternatives and act decisively under pressure.
• Ability to coordinate diverse groups of people to achieve common goals and strengthen internal team performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating construction projects across the three fundamental pillars: cost, quality, and time.
• Advanced problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Proficiency in resource allocation and efficient management of material and financial capital.
• Ability to delegate tasks and decisions effectively, trusting the capabilities of direct collaborators.
