Responsibilities

• Supervise urbanization construction works, including street layouts, earthworks (cuts and fills), and the installation of potable water and sanitary drainage systems.
• Ensure all works are executed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Manage and maintain records of materials used, including the reception and distribution of supplies.
• Develop and monitor construction programs to ensure compliance with physical work schedules and deadlines.
• Prepare work generators for comparison with preliminary budgets and manage the formal handover of urbanized lots to the building department.
• Review contractor progress, quality, and volume reconciliation to authorize work estimates.
• Update and track scheduled vs. actual construction progress on a weekly basis.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Proven experience in construction supervision, specifically in urbanization projects.
• Strong ability to manage work programs, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Technical knowledge of street layouts, utility installations, and earthworks.
• Ability to coordinate with different teams to achieve common objectives under pressure.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems.

• Experience coordinating the three fundamental pillars of construction: cost, quality, and time.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks and manage productive teams.
• Proficiency in identifying both evident and hidden problems to implement effective solutions.
