Responsibilities

• Supervise urbanization construction works, including street layouts, earthworks (cuts and fills), and the installation of potable water and sanitary drainage systems.
• Ensure all works are executed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Manage and maintain records of materials used in urbanization, including reception and distribution.
• Develop and monitor construction programs to ensure compliance with physical work schedules.
• Perform volume reconciliation and prepare work generators to compare against preliminary budgets.
• Update progress reports comparing scheduled vs. actual work completion.
• Coordinate the formal handover of urbanized lots to the building department using established checklists.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Proven experience in construction program execution and site supervision.
• Ability to coordinate multi-person teams and manage contractors effectively.
• Skill in volume reconciliation and authorization of work estimates.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to solve complex problems under pressure.

• Experience coordinating the three fundamental pillars of construction: cost, quality, and time.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks and build productive teams.
• Ability to structure and solve problems by breaking them down into manageable parts.
